In 2009, we introduced a delightful pair of Summer Mice based on the charming art of renowned illustrator Racey Helps.
Measuring a wee 3" tall and jointed at the neck and shoulders, this charming character is made entirely of fine mohair plush with realistic shading, resin hands and feet, glass pupil eyes, inset whiskers, and leather tails.
"Ida" is costumed in a simple summer frock made of fine cotton batiste. She comes seated in her wooden swing which hangs from the stem of a beautiful Shasta daisy. This delightful tableau setting includes additional daisies mixed with bright yellow buttercup flowers all handmade of felt, artistically shaded, and mounted on a felt-covered wooden base. The entire piece measures 9" tall X 9" wide.
