After cutting, the fine mohair parts are skillfully sewn together

The turning process requires special tools & techniques

A tempered wire is inserted into the front legs

Another wire is put into the rear legs to provide stability

The legs are hand stuffed with natural kapok fiber

Each bunny is then machine stuffed firmly with 100% cotton fiber

Trays of white bunnies await embroidery

The nose and mouth are hand embroidered

First, the nose is airbrushed

The airbrushing is artistically applied in various stages

Here the ear tips are airbrushed with a darker shade

The imported glass eyes are inserted

The horsehair whiskers are carefully handsewn in

The pure silk ribbon has been custom-dyed

Each ribbon is tied with a brass bell and a tiny bow

The bunnies line up to get their ribbons and bells

A tray of completed Plunks sit patiently
