We are pleased to announce a charming new series of costumed mice based on the old Mother Goose nursery rhymes.

Measuring a diminutive 3" tall, Daffy-Down-Dilly is the first piece in the series. Made of the finest mohair plush and jointed at the neck and shoulders, Daffy-Down-Dilly features realistic coloring, hand embroidered features, glass pupil eyes, inset whiskers, resin hands and feet, and a leather tail.

Based on the original English nursery rhyme of the same name, Daffy-Down-Dilly is beautifully outfitted in a period costume consisting of a silk underskirt and overdress tailored out of fine custom-dyed silk fabrics. Her dress is embellished with dainty silk bows and seed pearl buttons. Atop her head, Daffy-Down-Dilly wears a delightful straw bonnet sewn of fine natural Swiss straw braid with a silk bow and on her feet, incredibly tiny high heel slippers!

Daffy-Down-Dilly was first offered at a special ticketed breakfast event held during the first R. John Wright convention in May and is limited to only 150 pieces worldwide. Each comes in a deluxe RJW presentation box with the accompanying signed and numbered certificate of authenticity and the forms for owner registration. As part of the Mother Goose Collection, matching numbers will be offered to upcoming mice in the series numbered 150 and lower. The second piece in the Mother Goose Collection is "Little Tommy Tittlemouse."
